As a Chicago maternity photographer, I love fun studio sessions like this. This space in Wicker Park is one of my favorite places to shoot since it has stunning windows that allow natural light to pour in. I love how this studio has zero distractions and puts all the focus right on you and your family.

When soon-to-be older siblings are a part of maternity sessions, it is so magical. Big sister Sophia was such a doll and full of smiles and giggles the entire session. This sweet girl is so loved by mom and dad. I know she is going to make an incredible older sister to her baby brother arriving late Spring. 

I love to emphasize that studio maternity sessions never have to be full of props and poses. They can be just like this– simple, connected, and focused on love. When there is ample space to roam and simple accessories, families can just exist and be their authentic selves with their love filling up all the empty space. It’s really perfect for any kind of session.
